Ancestor:Descendants:

The wave crystal split off from the prong crystal. They have developed a new way of getting energy. Their prongs are now completely hollow and keep the top afloat. Where they attach is a bendable socket made of the red consumer part of the crystal. This is then connected to a piston-like shaft which can rise up and down with the waves. This slides in and out of the base crystal and generates kinetic energy in which it uses to grow. Unlike photosynthesis which relies on the sun, the waves never stop. Like its ancestor it still is poisonous which is very helpful since much of of its red consumer parts are exposed.
