The tree slicer split off from the forest dweller. Unlike its ancestor, it has grown much taller, this helps them reach eat the different bubble trees in the Flisch-Krakow Rainforest, which makes up its entire diet. Another adaptation is that it has a slightly shorter tail-leg, which helps them lay their eggs without lowering too much; the hind legs however have become much larger. Since it eats a lot of branches, its forelimbs have taken a scoop-like shape which has serrated edges.
How they feed is quite special among the "dweller" line; they use their forelimbs to slice away at the branches, which fall into the "scoop-claws". Then it eats them in its "scoop-claws". It has also lost the use of its tiny eyes, though it still has its two dominant eyes. Since it has become much taller, it had to develop a long tube that helps it lay eggs without them breaking.
