The Thaworm replaced its ancestor in the Ittiz-Nuke Alpine and Ittiz-Nuke Boreal. The thaworm is far more efficient than its ancestor in that it no longer wastes energy needlessly. Instead of the method its ancestor used to keep warm and melt snow and ice, the thaworm uses a salty anti-freeze-like substance. Since it no longer needs all that energy to generate heat, the thaworm can be far more active during the year.
