Ancestor:Descendants:

The stratocarpozoa guttoplaque has replaced its ancestor, the guttoplaque in the troposphere, and lives only inside the atmospheric carpozoa's digestive tracks and blood vessels. When a stratocarpozoa guttoplaque infects a carpozoan intestine, it will find its way to the blood system and start feeding on various cells.

A latter adaptation made it eat mainly foreign contaminants, thus ensuring the survival of the carpozoan host, and itself as well. Because of this change, the stratocarpozoa guttoplaque became like a second immune system to the stratospheric carpozoa, cleaning the guts with its green organelle, while using the red ones for the diseases of the body.
