Ancestor:Descendants:

The sporestalk scuttlecrab split from its ancestor, the fuzzy scuttlecrab. It moved inland and ate the black flora. Its fuzzy body which once mimicked the purple flora grasses now mimic the stalks of the black flora. It uses its claws and mandibles to cut off stalks and eat them. It also is immune to the spores the black flora release. They lay their snail-like eggs in the rainy season when the ground is wet and muddy.
