The spitting emulsifly split from it's ancestor in the Ovi-Hydro plains. The emulsifly still lives on the fuzzy lizardworm in the Ovi-Hydro plains. The spitting emulsifly is fully dependent on the siege lizardworm. It lives, breeds and births on the siege lizardworm itself. It has developed longer claws and stronger suction feet to help itself scale the huge lizardworm. In return for protection and aid in finding superstickyballs, spitting emulsiflies keep superstickyballs from gumming up the siege lizardworms' armor and aiding in battle with greater fortresscrabs. It can now spray or spit it's superstickyball dissolving saliva to help keep it's host unsticky in battle without having to get as close to the very dangerous greater fortresscrabs to do so. Spitting emulsiflies will spray superstickyballs stuck in/on the eyes, joints, claws and teeth of the siege lizardworm while it is fighting greater fortresscrabs to keep it in top fighting condition. It will also help to dissolve the superstickyball glue holding together the walls of the fortresscrab's mounds that the lizardworm starts demolishing. Spitting emulsiflies will aid their hosts before going after the fortresscrab's superstickyball fields and will only go after those superstickyballs when the lizardworm is no longer under attack and is eating the casualties. A single siege lizardworm can only support a certain number of spitting emulsiflies, so younger emulsiflies will leave and 'colonize' young siege lizardworms following the adult lizardworm.
