Ancestor:Descendants:

The shrubonleaf split from its ancestor, the yenaptak and inhabited the Ovi River and the connected Hydro Marsh and Hydro River. It has dramatically changed and is now only showing specific parts of its ancestors' life-cycle. Instead of growing into an adult plant the shrubonleaf now grows as a leaf that grows many small leaves on it. It is also connected by many small roots to the river bank or other solid surface it grows in. A few of those leaves will eventually grow huge to the size of the basis leaf they grow on and then will detach from their parent plant. These leaves will be swept away by the streams to a new location where they will land on a solid surface again and grow new leaves and roots and become a new plant
