Ancestor:Descendants:

The seamaster seaswimmer has split from its ancestor and made its way to LadyM ocean. It has grown slightly larger in size, and has adapted to feeding on larger prey as well. Small packs, known as legions, hunt together to trap their schooling prey into tight balls, after which they'll take turns diving in and out in order to feed. Their brains have grown larger to accommodate this greater pack mentality. All adults help with the raising of the young, such as by mortally wounding prey so that they can practice hunting or teaching them how to stalk. This had led to their great success. Despite this, however, they are now locked in competition with the scylarians, the other major predator of LadyM ocean.
