The scurry currybug split from its ancestor and increased in size. It no longer relies on mimicry to survive, it now relies on speed. The legs of this currybug are very muscular, it is alert to movement and incredibly skittish. Its overcoat is swept back and the hairs come out easily so that in case that it is grabbed the predator gets a mouthful of hair instead of a mouthful of currybug.
They live in tight herds of 30-40 individuals, normally they are all siblings. During breeding herds will collect together and make masses numbering in the thousands, because of this great number, and the distraction of breeding, predators can be found rushing through the group without even bothering to use stealth.
