Ancestor:Descendants:

Saleoligament has replaced its ancestor, the cillioligament. It has adapted to its salty home by absorbing the salt and turning it into energy. It has also become more like a omnivore than its ancestor's herbivore like lifestyle and eats even its relative the cilliosaltus. They hunt in groups ranging from 2-4 saleoligament. These adaptations have made it the top micro-predator of the lake.
