The rustling digger split from its ancestor the ringed rustling in search for a easier way to obtain food. They turned to feed on the iron rich plants spread all over the Ittiz-Ovi Desert area called irontangle. Little has changed between the rustling digger and its ancestor, they look almost the same except for two sharp toes that the rustling digger has evolved to cut the irontangle roots. They wander through the desert in search for food and when they find an irontangle plant they will feed on the plant that is above the groung first and then dig up the rest of the plant and cut it loose from the vandriswoop that the irontangle is attached to with their toes. Apart from these differences the rustling digger is exactly like their ancestor.
