Ancestor:Descendants:

The Razorbacked Tunki replaced their ancestor, the Spikebacked Tunki, and ate any that were left alive. They became fiercely territorial within a pack, with packs lowering in number to 12-15. While concentrated within Yokto Boreal, a few even smaller packs are scattered in Yokto Alpine, known to be hardier than the average Razorbacked Tunki. They often hunt their older ancestor, the tunki, smartly stalking and isolating single tunki. The Razorbacked Tunki also exists in small packs in Yokto Rocky.

They evolved simple fingers as their arms lengthened to have a greater reach of prey. Their spikes also became much larger, and more defined, not to mention tougher. The spikes extend along their back completely, to the tip of their tail which has one larger spike that is much harder, and often used as a weapon in some cases.
