Ancestor:Descendants:

The raptorwolf has split from its ancestor to hunt in the Glicker Alpine. They still live in the Ferret Caves, for shelter. They now are fully bipedal which aid in hunts. They still surround their prey to capture it, but now because of their forelegs being free they have more chances to wound it. They will send a male (because they're larger) to attack it, by slashing at the legs and neck to stop it from escaping or fighting back. Standing upright also allows them to see further.

They have grown a thicker gray coat of fur to keep warm in the alpine snow. They still hunt in packs of 24 to 30, but have bigger pack territories due to the more open space of the alpine. They retain the social structure of their predecessor.

An odd fact about them is they will bury extra food they've killed in case of harder times.
