The raider plent spilt from the shoom-thief plent, became more violent and began to eat the defenders of it meals. Its leaf wings are now flaps. It now walks on the backs of its digging claws and grew a kill claw. They no longer have hoofs on their back legs. They see in infrared in the large eyes and scent in the small eye. They hunt in packs of 2-5.
During a raid all exits are blocked by undermining the cavern the soldiers are killed immediately then the workers and farmers are killed based on how hungry the pack is. The flaps are held flat when fighting. After a raid the pack will often dig to surface and sun them selves.
