The Purplebelly Killerplent replaced it's ancestor. The Purplebelly Killerplent looks very much like it's ancestor except for it's purple belly. From a distance, the purple color makes the Purplebelly Killerplent look just like a flying plent covered in Barniballs, and is used to lure Barnitut's towards them. This makes hunting much easier, but when there are no Barnitut's around it will just eat any other flying creature. They are now fully carnivores because there are enough creatures for them to catch.
