The pollinating darkswarmer has replaced its ancestor, the dark swarmer, in LadyM Ocean (Sea Floor) and LadyM Ocean (Abyss Zone). it has four lights on each appendage instead of one. The differences between the two sexes increased to the points that one sex, the floral sex, spends its entire lifetime on the sea floor, hanging on to the ground by the tentacles, while the other, pollinator sex spends most of its life filter feeding around the abyss zone. During the mating season, the pollinator sex will go down to the sea floor and attach its mouth to one of the floral pollinating darkswarmer, transferring the genetic material like its ancestor did. While in the state of intercourse, both sexes can not feed.
When the mating season ends, the floral pollinating darkswarmer will eject millions of microscopic infants to the waters around it. Those from the pollinator sex will float upward to the abyss zone to join its kind. Those from the floral sex will plant themselves to the ground once they are 5 cm long, and form together endless fields.
