Ancestor:Descendants:

The polar chlorocytus split from its ancestor, the chlorocytus. I is just like its ancestor except it has adapted to the cold icy waters of the south tundra lakes. It swims in the water with two flagella. It has an eye spot to help direct it towards sunlight. It lacks a cell wall.
