The plimeba split from it's ancestor, and moved to the Clayren Coast from Jujubee Ocean. It is able to change direction with ease due to it's four "wings". It feeds with the mouths on the tips of each "wing". it has evolved one more pair of "wings" than it's ancestor, padler, but had lost the flagella. The padler's defense mechanism of expelling it's vacuoles has been modified in the pligeba for catching prey or drifting organic matter. It can releasing its vacuoles from all 4 of its wings which envelopes it's food and digests it externally before being dragged inside.
