Article description: (description ) This attribute controls the content of the description and og:description elements. | Venturing out into the open deeps, this thornworm has lost much of its rigid carapace and has developed an unexpectedly graceful style of movement. Spiraling through the open water, this creature mainly feeds on the beautiful rainbow-colored microorganisms found at this level, giving the whole biome an air of extraterrestrial wonder. Instead of reproducing by simply shedding body segments, this organism releases small 'eggs' into the water, which drift until they hatch into tiny versions of the adult. |
