The orbion split from its ancestor and doubled in size. They live in tight clusters that act as safe havens for small fauna. Their trunks grow in a hook shape and prongs grow on only one side, the prongs have two stages of development. The first stage is their photosynthetic stage, there are lots of little prongs clustered tightly together to fill the floras trunk with starch. The second stage is their reproductive stage, most of the prongs fall off before this stage, the few that stay enlarge and rely mainly on the starches stored in the trunk to rapidly produce spores.
