The needleshell bubblehorn replaced its ancestor, the spikedshell bubblehorn, on Krakow Beach. Due to the sandtrap ambushing them they had to improved their defenses. They developed even more spikes that were now thin as sea urchin quills. Like their ancestor they use their bubblehorns to smell out the waste of other creatures to eat.
