The morsus doubalt splits from its ancestor and moves to the Darth Lava Tube Sea Caves. Because there is no sunlight in the caves it looses its ability to photosynthesize. It still uses its longer spines to excrete powerful digestive enzymes and the shorter ones with wider ends that to intake nutrients. But now a new type of spine evolved, its used to feed off salt. Its color is usually whiter, because of the salt passing through it. The morsus doubalt is now a double cell.
