The Marshtail replaced it's ancestor, the Violettail. The Marshtail has grown twice as tall as its ancestor. It's stalk and berries have become a marshy green, to give off a much more natural color than it's ancestor. Like it's ancestor, it is a very common floral organism in the marsh, and reproduces in the same way. During the plant's youth, a bud grows at the midsection. The bud then grows into 8 smaller stalks around the main branch as it reaches maturity, allowing faster, simultaneous reproduction. This plant is enjoyed as a great meal for the marsh's residents, because it's stalks taste like Earth's Asparagus.
