The karyowee strider was constantly hunted by the pampobison, rapidafeo and sometimes even the funeral pipent. To be able to avoid these predators they tried to outgrow them by evolving to be almost twice as big as its ancestor. This was possible due to a new food source; the wheel and roller crystal. The horn, which was only used for digging before, can now also be used to crack the outer crystal on the wheel crystal and the roller crystal, but has also gotten a new shape to be more effective when digging. The enourmous favor for tall karyowees led to that females now choose their partner based on how big they are; therefor the devolving of the crest, the green back and the green tail. Other then that the karyowee strider is much like its ancestor, beeing a very social animal living in burrows that they dig with their horns. They replaced their ancestor in Yokto High Grassland.
