Superfungi jeluki
Ancestor:Descendants:

The jeluki supershroom split from its ancestor, the polar supershroom. It moved to Jeluki Polar River, Jeluki Salt Lake, and Jeluki Salt Bog where it grows on the muddy banks. It can tolerate the large amounts of salt in the salt lake and salt bog. Its cap stores up some salt to make it taste salty to herbivores. It is still stout like its ancestor to conserve heat. It grows bright orange berries (rather than red) which attract frugivores with its bright color. They also have retained the antifreeze-like chemical in them to prevent them from freezing in the cold.
