The irve evolved when something happened to a few irontangle, entangled around a vandriswoop, near the Mandate Limestone Caves. The vandriswoop died, but the irontangle didn't. They adapted to dry land. The irve lives inside the caves now. It can feed on limestone too. It still reproduces via cellballs like its ancestors.
