The glasscanon split from its ancestor and has spread across Drake. Though they are quite similar one major difference is in the presence of small pouches, or diverticula, which extend off the main combustion chamber into the leaf ring base. These chambers hold water and cryodome hydroutine. They can be sealed off prior to firing and open again when submerged by the refilling chamber. Other notable differences include non photosynthetic extensions of the middle and lowermost ring pair which reflect light upwards and inwards to the underside of the leaf ring above and the evolution of the lens to better focus light. Despite these changes it is quite similar to its ancestor.
