This flying creature is a top gun in the insect world. Though it doesn't look that fierce, this little creatures rams and impales its flying prey in mid-air, therefore making it fall to the ground. When the prey is on the ground (whether it got there from the air or not), the flying preying worm slowly feeds on it using exo-body acids it vomits and sucks in. It lacks the 10 pairs of wings its ancestor has, so to keep being able to greatly manipulate in air, it developed a few new techniques. First, its wings are much more advanced, being able to move in all directions and having a much more aerodynamic shape. Second, it developed a new navigation system that also helps it spot its prey. Lastly, on its impaling horn there are lots of tiny hairs adjusting themselves according to air and wind movements.
