Speckled Berry Plant |
The flufflestalk split from the speckled berry plant and moved into Huggs Rainforest, which had no large plants at the time. The flufflestalk grew to twice its past height in the fertile tropical soil. It has developed thicker, more efficient roots to take full advantage of the soil. Due to the lack of animals, the flufflestalk could not use berries to reproduce and as such the berries have degenerated to a cotton-like fluff. This fluff contains spores and allows them to be carried off by the wind. The flufflestalk has not spread back into the Huggs-Yokto Savanna as it is too dry for it there.
