Evolving within the more forest-like regions of Vivus Island, the fibreflora are a unique species descended from the diverse pioneeroots. Distinguished from its kin by its "segmented" appearance, the fibreflora tends to grow in partial shade, such as in the shadow of a crystalpine or large rock. Their spongy flesh regenerates rather quickly, typically within a week or so, and because of this it can tolerate light grazing from herbivores. While typically expanding their range via runners, they also release spores into the wind. Should the spore successfully find a suitable site to grow in, it will quickly take root and eventually reach full size within a month's time.
