Forming from the volcanic activity on Mason, its peak reaches 8 km above sea level, overshadowing the surrounding landscape with its towering trio of peaks. Still slowly growing, surrounding it is a series of foothills which contain rich soil and help to prevent erosion of the mountains base. Rain is common in this region, especially along its eastern side, though its western overlooks a particularly dry landscape. It possesses three peaks, with the topmost one volcanically dead but the two smaller ones splitting off it still release smoke and ash from time to time. Its interior contains a large amount of iron and other metals, contributing to its sturdiness.
