The downfeathered noleap split from its ancestor and moved the colder biomes further south. It has gotten twice the size of its ancestor and became much thicker in order to better survive the cold. It has also decreased ears and larger feet as well. It has also evolved a down feathers coating in that helps I keep warm. It still feeds on different kind of worms and can hop quite high in order to grab its prey in flight. They still hunt alone and live in colony burrows where they raise their young. They squeak loudly from their butt-nostril when in times of danger.
