The disturbed infectoid split from its ancestors and is the result of when a clustered infectoid attempted to consume a tasty infectoid, it is twice the size of a clustered infectoid. It swims around devouring cells, like its clustered infectoid ancestor, but also has a protein layer to attract predators to infect, like its tasty infectoid ancestor. The flagellum cell is no longer present and spores are simply broken off of the back end of the colony. It moves by flapping the handful of loose cells found scattered across its surface.
