Descendant of Ancestor of

The dancing urstar split from its ancestor and evolved fins. The dancing urstar is quite similar to its ancestor in appearance, the fins and the new coloration is all that separates them, but, the behavior of the two species are rather different. The dancing urstar female will swim around looking for dead crystal-flora that they can actually enter and lay unfertilized eggs in, then they will start dancing close to this crystal, they will fight off rivaling dancing urstars should they need to. The fins are thin and will curl like hair under water and have evolved beautiful colors to look attractive. The males however will swim around looking for a suitable mate, the one with the most intriguing dance and the "best" crystal is the one that will most likely be chosen. When the male has chosen a mate he will fertilize the eggs, this way the eggs are protected. They still feed the same way their ancestors do and have evolved a blue skin for camouflage, they are better swimmers that their ancestors but still not good. Other than these facts the dancing urstar is exactly like its ancestor.
