Ancestor:Descendants:

The curtain urstar split from its ancestor and evolved primitive fins. The curtain urstar feeds on the malakommalis that grows on several different sea creatures skin. They will drift in the ocean currents grabbing onto any creature big enough to carry them and feeds on the malakommalis there, once it has cleaned the creature it will drift of to its next host using its fins as updrift. The fins are designed so that it rarely needs to flap them in order to gain speed, it depends on the currents in the ocean, however, should it be nessesary it will flap it wings in order to swim. The armor plate have devolved, making it lighter so it can swim with ease if it has to. Their beak have also devolved to half the size, and simple "hairs" has evolved out of it to pick of the malakommalis. They reproduce just like its ancestor but, instead of laying its eggs on diamiboards they stick their eggs onto large host creatures like the dark giant shovelhead or the rainbow kraken.

  • "Lepidophagy" means eating of the scales of fish.
