Protocopperus octothermia
Ancestor:Descendants:

The copperhead octothermia split from its ancestor. Still remaining in the deep vents of Rhodix, the copperhead octothermia still remains immobile and thermophilic. Because it could only absorb less amounts of sulfur over the generations, it had to overcome the need with a substitute. In this case it was copper which is brought up from the deep vents. Easily withstanding the heats of volcanic activity, copperhead octothermia copper-leafs harden over the years of existance.
