Ancestor:Descendants:

The chlorobundle split from its ancestor and moved down into the Ittiz Salt Lake and Bog where they fill the water, often making the lake and bog appear slightly green. They live in dense colonies, joined by flagella attached to each other's membranes, but there are plenty of individuals who are not attached to any colony. Large mats of chlorobundle will wash up onto land, dried dusty clumps of these colonies litter the waters edge.
