The chiselhorn is little more than a more efficient version of the clawtrunk. It has grown taller in order to access even more of the bark it eats. Its feet have widened to support their immense weight and its lower jaw has evolved into a sac more suited to catching the falling bark. Its teeth have begun to recede as it breaks down food in its mouth with various enzymes, so it doesn't have to stop and chew. Its mouth sac can form to the curve of the tree to an extent in order to create somewhat of a seal, preventing the loss of scraped off bark. Its horn has developed into more of a chisel shape, better adapted to prying off the bark.
