The cetaplent replaced its ancestor, the porplent. It has grown 10 times larger than its ancestor. It is now around the size of an Earth orca. They only eat polar krillpedes, which is very abundant there. They eat it with the baleen in their mouth. Its leaf-fins have grown bigger and front feet are completely gone now. Its manatee-like tail has also grown as well to propel it through the water. The dorsal fin / snorkel has grown taller. Males have the largest and the larger the fin the more attractive they are to females. Like their ancestor they travel in pods and circle polar krillpedes so they can gulp up more of them.
