The cave hateech split from its ancestor. They moved to the Rabid Sandstone Caves. They live near the openings and feed mainly on the cave stalker. They too have grown smarter in order to catch their prey. To get their main food the cave hateech rely on team work even more than their ancestor. They stalk a group of cave stalkers until everything is right for an attack. When they first attack, the cave hateech do little more than trot around the group, keeping their distance so not to be picked. This tires the cave stalkers. If they cannot catch cave stalkers, they also have grown sharper teeth and stronger jaw muscles to crush bones and break through cave flune shells.
