The carrion tailhopper split from its ancestor and specializes in consuming dead fauna. Its front teeth have lengthened to help it tear into its food. Its hind limbs have become vestigial while its front limbs are only good for carrying small bits of food, they can barely be lifted. The tail has become longer and more powerful, it is shaped like an S to keep stress off the vertebrae, the tailfoot has developed nubs on the sides to spread out the weight of the tailhopper's body.
