The cantro has replaced its ancestor as the dominant Alpine predator. They have adapted a mane of fur down their back to regulate heat more effectively. They now have stronger ears for hearing their prey more clearly. Their ears are also longer. Two of their eyes now face forward, for seeing their prey from almost any angle. Their claws are more finger-like and have opposable thumbs for grabbing their prey more strongly. They are even more social and live in packs of 30 to 40 members for strength in numbers. They have sexual dimorphism in the form of larger males(like their ancestors) and the males having larger teeth. To keep their young and old warmer, the use pineplent leaves and alpine violetgrass as bedding. They now have more kinds of plants in their diet, but are still primarily carnivores. Because of these advancements, they have replaced their ancestor. Males are around 1.48 m tall while females are around 1.22 m tall.
