The butcher cell split from its ancestor, the rotujuce. It has gained the unique ability to 'transplant' other cells organelles into itself, giving it, say a chloroplast or two. It does this by sticking its long, thin proboscis into the cell, and sucking out it's organelles. It splits at a noticeably slower rate, only one every earth hour. When It splits it cannot pass on its stolen organelles.
