Evolved from brimstone flatworm. These worms developed a more intense relation with the sulfurous bacteria, making the sulfur crystals that cover its body form a kind of shell with thorns. Its body became smaller and soft. It relocated to the shallow water environments in regions with a lot of sediment, making the water muddy, where it finds much food.
