Ancestor:Descendants:

The black-belly gasglider split from its ancestor to inhabit the shores and the volcanic of southeast Wright. It still has a red bright crest for mating purposes. It spends most of its time airborne gliding on the powerful winds of the mountains and shores. In order to get the needed lift it either jumps from a high mountain or uses its nostril gas-sack to create pressure. Its sack is much bigger than the one it ancestor has and can easily get it up to 10 meters high in a single pressure release.

In order to catch more heat its lower body and belly has become even darker. Thanks to this hot air gathers around it lifting it with more ease. Its thorns that grow from its wings help it manipulate the air flow and turn with greater speed. It uses its wing-fingers in order to follow new current and navigate its way in the sky.
