The bitter beachballs replaced their ancestor the beachballs in Jlindy Tropical Beach and Ninth Tropical Beach. They have grown to twice their ancestors size and now produce a bitter taste to keep herbivores from eating them. It also can excretes salt much more efficiently than its ancestor. It is lightly darker than its ancestors and can absorb sunlight more efficiently.
