Adapted to land, the bileffo developed thicker leaves, increasing the contact surface with the atmosphere and allowing it to get more oxygen. Its size is a little larger, and now its branched leaves are joined to the main branch by small twigs that branch in the interior of the leaves. It continues dispersing its genetic material by wind.
